The German acronym PäWeNaLe stands for “pedagogical workshop for long-term learning”.

The pedagogical workshop was founded in order to bundle the existing expertise of staff members and pass it on to other staff members. The joint acquisition of knowledge and the sharing between experts creates a high-quality basis for day-to-day work in nurseries and at elementary level.

The PäWeNaLe portfolio of courses offers both seasoned and new staff members, and lateral entrants from other professions, a series of in-service training opportunities with a wide range of input for professional and personal development for working in a nursery or kindergarten.
