We always ask you to send us a pre-registration as well.
Yes. You can telephone the management at any time to arrange a visit.
Once your pre-registration has been received, your child is placed on our waiting list. After visiting the facility you will receive a written offer of a place, provided that a vacancy arises.
No. The operating year for our facilities always begins on 1 August. Children can join at other times only if a place becomes vacant. Therefore, please always indicate your desired starting date on the pre-registration form, so that we can take it into consideration.
Yes. Your registered main residence must be in Wiesbaden.
Yes. The day-care places in Taunusstein are reserved for residents of the town.
No, but the fees charged are different if your registered residence is not in Schwalbach a. Ts.
Yes. Please enter the expected date of birth on the pre-registration form. You can register your child on WiKITA three months before birth.
No. You will need to register again on WiKITA and send us a new pre-registration.
No. Pre-registration for the primary school(s) and an admission interview with the child at the primary school are obligatory.
Yes. Switching is possible provided we have vacancies.
Yes. You must provide evidence of vaccination against measles under section 20 of the German Infection Protection Act.
Our preschool groups are the last year of kindergarten before the children start primary school.
Children are acclimatised to nursery in line with the “Berlin model”.
During the first few days we ask you to be on call in case we need you. Acclimatisation has finished when your child accepts us as additional attachment figures.
No. Nappies and toiletries are provided and are covered in the costs of consumables.
Your child should be able to use the toilet when he/she starts kindergarten.
Yes. Please contact the local government office responsible for your place of residence to apply for subsidies.

No. The childcare contract terminates automatically if the child reaches the age of six before 30 June of the year in question.
Yes. The fees are for the whole year divided into 12 equal monthly instalments, which therefore have to be paid even when the child is absent.
Theoretically you can, but it always depends on the desired all-day or ¾-day place being available in your child’s group.

At our nurseries breakfast is included in the costs of consumables.
At the kindergartens Kita Campolino, Kita Im Obergrund, Kita Pebbles and Kita Sonnenberg, an extra charge is made for breakfast.
At the other kindergartens the parents bring breakfast themselves.
To cancel, you must inform us in writing with four weeks’ notice to a termination date specified in the contract.
No. None of our facilities offers such options.
